Challenge
A regulated environment requiring works on a facility that cannot close, with a documentation regime and acceptance process that most systems contractors are not equipped to satisfy.
Solution
Works were packaged into short possession windows with fully pre-tested assemblies, and every regulated interface was demonstrated before it was accepted. The documentation regime was treated as a deliverable in its own right rather than as a closing task.
